Job Title: Associate Assessor - Teaching & Education

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and qualified Associate Tutors/Assessors and IQA's to support the delivery of our courses in Teaching and Education.

About the Role:

We are looking for individuals who can deliver high-quality teaching and assessment services to our learners. As an Associate Assessor, you will be responsible for tutoring students and assessing their work remotely via our online training portal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment services to learners
  • Assess student work and provide feedback
  • Manage your own workload and caseload
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Faculty to support learner queries and assessment processes

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of subject knowledge in Early Years
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Experience and qualification in assessing/teaching
  • Ability to problem solve using own initiative
  • Digitally skilled in Microsoft Office, email, and other commonly used platforms
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team

We operate a completely flexible remote working model, and rates of pay vary depending on the course and level. You will have direct contact with a Head of Faculty to support you with caseload management, learner queries, and assessment processes.
