**Main Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor**:

- Own the effective resolution of customer enquiries and complaints, providing realistic timescales to manage expectations, and ensuring the best possible resolution by balancing individual customer and business needs.
- Liaise with couriers/external suppliers or office stakeholders to suitably resolve customer issues
- Establish ‘best practise’ case management, ensuring all tickets are clear, accurately categorised, and remain updated until closed
- Ensure issues are prioritised and customer are kept informed with progress throughout
- Undertake administrative tasks to help support the efficient running of the team, including the handling of payments and refunds
- Act as a customer campaigner through active listening skills, empathising and acknowledging their perspective to reduce customer frustration
- Monitor social media platforms to ensure timely and appropriate customer responses
- Act as a company ambassador to maintain and enhance reputation in all customer interactions
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement to processes and knowledge material

- IT knowledge
- Experience working in a customer facing/support role
