These ultra-exclusive cars are engineered and designed without compromise to provide unrivalled driving experiences and driver-centric connection. We are building our Bespoke and Series Engineering team, supporting production delivery and customer requests to make each of our cars truly unique. Within this role you will be working alongside designers, sales, suppliers, quality, purchasing and manufacturing as an integral part of the team delivering to the highest of expectations. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose issues and lead Root Cause Analysis activities within a cross functional team.
  • Implement and document robust containments where necessary ensuring no loss of performance or impact to certification. 
  • Liaise with the wider engineering team to ensure all design solutions are validated, released, and delivered to agreed introduction points. 
  • DFMEA production and maintenance.
  • Chair design for manufacture reviews.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely delivery of high quality products.

  • Ability to identify and highlight areas for continuous improvement.
  • Organised and able to manage own projects.
  • Perform any other duties that may well be reasonably expected within the remit of the role.
  • Ensure compliance with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy requirements within areas of responsibility.
  • Maintain a positive and motivated attitude to drive projects from inception through to completion.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Extensive automotive engineering experience.
  • Degree or Equivalent in engineering, science or related discipline.
  • Delivery experience of technical products within the automotive or a related industry.
  • Proficient in Catia 3D and 2D computer aided design.
  • Understanding of the product development life cycle from business case inception through to manufacture and in service support.
  • Experience of APQP or similar quality integration into project delivery processes with new model introduction requirements.
  • Ability to Travel in the UK and internationally as required. (Most of our supplier base is in the UK).
