Cafe Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cafe Assistant to join our team. The Cafe Assistant will support the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming environment for all patrons.

**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Serve customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in food preparation is preferred but not essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
