We are urgently looking for a **Workshop Administrator** to join our Operations Team at our Head Office in **Windlesham**.

This role it is initially for a 3 to 6 month contract, however there is a possibility of temp to perm contract.

**About the Role**:
The Workshop team pride themselves on ensuring all machinery is kept in excellent working order to effectively assist teams to deliver service to the highest standards.

**Aims of the Role**
- As a Workshop Ambassador, you will provide consistent support to our internal and broader teams, nationwide.
- Work in Syrinx, our dynamic system encompassing all Machinery related processes.
- Provide first level support on all machinery aspects, of our Fleet requirements.
- Ensure all queries and requests are dealt with effectively.
- Sharing and receiving best practice with colleagues.
- Ensuring workshop jobs are booked as required.
- Ad hoc and holiday cover, on odd occasions, for the Fleet Administration team.

**What does a typical day in this role, look like?**
- Raise purchase orders for required parts.
- Booking in and out, of daily workshop machine repairs.
- Capex processing, and purchasing in conjunction with the Plant, Machinery and Fleet Manager.
- Ensure inventory records are added to our Maintenance System (Syrinx).
- Liaising with Plant, Machinery & Fleet Manager, and workshop team, for daily requirements.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Essential criteria_
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Good telephone manner.
- Self-motivation, with the ability to confidently work and independently.
- Ability to learn new systems and be adaptable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills both verbally and written.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.
- Desirable criteria_
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Own transport
- Previous workshop/commercial administration experience
- Confidence with technology - we will train you in the systems we use.
