We are re-opening the position of care navigator/receptionist and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to Join our team with a passion for patient care. The main role would be receiving and making calls to patients, booking appointments and offering support and guidance ensuring the patients receive the best care for their needs and are care navigated to the relevant service Some Administrative work is involved, you must have good keyboard skill, spelling and quick reading ability and flexibility to, touch typing preferred but not essential and be able to work well under pressure and have Excellent communication skills as they are a key part to this role.

Experience of working in a GP surgery would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given.

Experience in customer service and social skills are essential.

must be able to fully flexible to work the hours between 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday

This is a part time role (30 hrs. per week) and we would ask that you are able to start work for 8am.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
