We have an exciting opportunity for **Maintenance** **staff** for our Oldbury hotel. Occasional visits to other hotels may be necessary.

The role is to ensure the general maintenance of the hotel and grounds is kept on top off working closely with the Area Maintenance Team Member.

The successful applicant will have a working knowledge but not limited to:
**General maintenance** including resealing bathrooms, changing door locks and any general day to day repair.

Simple **Electrical** repairs, including changing bulbs, TVs, lamps and heaters, as well as cabling for computers and TVs, although a sound electrical background would be an advantage.

**Plumbing** skills with fault finding of potential leaks, isolating valves etc.

**Painting and Decorating** rooms, common areas and outside.

**Health & Safety** assessments up to date and adhered to at all times.

**Gardening** ensuring all the outside areas a free from weeds, grass cutting, general tidying and first appearance on the eye is pleasing.

This is a full time role for 35-40hrs per week although flexibility is key.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oldbury, B69 4RJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
