**Location**:Hybrid in Maidstone, Kent

**Pay**:£14 - £16 Per hour DOE

**End Date**: Rolling 3-month placement

**Working Pattern**: 7.5 hours, 5 days a week (Flexible/WFH available with discussion)

**Role and Responsibilities**

As a Complaints Officer, you will play a crucial role in addressing and resolving existing complaints.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Analyse complaints, identifying issues, themes, and concerns.
- Review information provided by clinical divisions, ensuring each concern is addressed and learning/improvements are identified.
- Identify any outstanding information required to address complaint concerns.
- Utilize information to draft a comprehensive Trust response to the complaint.

**Skills Required**:

- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, particularly written.
- Desirable: Drafting experience.
- Desirable: Analytical skills.
- Adequate typing speed.
- Knowledge of case management systems (Datix/InPhase).
- Not essential but clinical knowledge would be an advantage
