**Project Administrator**
Light Control Systems (UK) Ltd are a supplier of window blinds, curtains and window film to the commercial sector. We work with major contractors within the construction and interior fit-out industry.
We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled office administrator with excellent telephone and organisational skills, with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook who can assist with some financial roles. Many tasks will be performed using our bespoke CRM software. Training will be provided on these aspects as part of the role.
**The Key Elements of the role are**:
- Providing internal sales support to the field staff, sales & installation.
- Liaising with clients, taking and dealing with sales enquiries and orders.
- Costing and quoting projects in conjunction with field sales.
- Liaising with our surveyors to ensure programme requirements can be met.
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers for the end product and co-ordinating deliveries in time for installation.
- Arranging and booking installations of product and creating all necessary paperwork to complete the project.
- Carrying out cost analysis upon completion of each project.
- To assist finance with the following tasks; Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Job Costings, Expenses and Credit Cards.
There will be an element of costing products involved and whilst product knowledge is not required, and in many instances pricing software and supplier price lists are used, good mathematical skills and excellent attention to detail are essential.

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
