Job Introduction
As a **Finance Administrator** at **Sodexo** in **Garnerville, Belfast** you’ll be a key member of the team as you will ensure all trading, helpdesk logs, billing and eprophit will run smoothly for the contract. **What you’ll do**:
Deliver timely and accurate transactional processing of unit bookwork using eprophit, creation of UDC ad hoc bills.

Ensure that the company and client reporting timetables is met and all appropriate policies for stock and cash are complied with.

Ensure input of stock is accurately carried out and reviewed at the end of each trading period and stock holing and consumption figures show a true representation of managers declarations.

Maintain compliant and accurate invoice / dummy trading policy and ensure all policy and ensure all processes are followed within the finance administration team and up-to-date to provide timely trading across all sites

Ensure accurate recording and collation of all helpdesk documentation to ensure accurate billing for Sodexo and the client.

Support Finance and Account team in all daily tasks, attend training and regular team meetings.

- Worked in a busy office environment.
- Proactive approach to compliance and a can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels.
- Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to assist with delivering an effective finance hub.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also on own
- Working knowledge of Eprophit and UDC billing
- Competent IT skills

Desirable
- Knowledge of Eprophit and UDC Billing
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent organisational skills
