Collabit, a fast-growing tech start-up is looking for a proactive technical support professional that is able to utilise the special tools in their software platform to either create new functionality or customise existing features to best suit their customer needs.

**The Role**

Collabit is taking on new clients at a rapid rate. We need the new team memberto learn our software platform and help the technical team with customer focused projects and with the creation of new products for new markets.

The platform uses a unique technology that requires no coding in order to develop new features and functionality.However, it does require a strong logical problem solving ability and an aptitude for logical reasoning, which you should be able to demonstrate.

**Duties of the Collabit Technical Support Representative**:

- Using the platform to configure and create systems for new customers during the onboarding phase.
- Work with the customer success team to customise existing systems to better suit the needs of the customers.
- Help to fix issues and bugs as they arise. (again no knowledge of coding is required)
- Work on projects that will involve creating brand new products or modules that can be used within existing systems.
- Design new screens, reports and dashboards.

**Background and Mindset of the Collabit Software Designer**
- Must be a problem solver who can manage complex projects,
- A quick learner who understands not only the Collabit Platform but also the requirements and reasoning behind the customers requests.
- Experience of creating workflow solutions or similar will be highly advantageous.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
