**Job Title**:Tools and Data Support

**Salary**:£32,000 (dependent on experience)

**This is a part time role consisting of 30 hrs a week**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting the development and growing the Toolset Strategy and roadmap to support the PM Modernisation principles for standardisation, consistency, configuration control and evolving the future in applied tools, training and skills development
- Assisting in ensuring the integrity of the data
- Supporting and identifying data owners
- Supporting in the identification of documentation and maintain policies, process and procedures/guidance
- Roll out, update and continual improvement of training and guidance
- Supporting the audit and validation of data

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Highly Organised
- Good Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills
- Understanding of project management methodologies, processes, toolsets and governance
- Understanding of enterprise information and data modelling concepts and how to apply

**The Delivery Management Function team**:
You will play a key role in developing and integrating the Delivery Management Function within Digital Intelligence. The main focus being Tools and data reporting directly to the PM Modernisation, Tools and Data Manager. The view is to support an integrated suite of tools across the function accessible by all within Digital Intelligence, implement the data standards as set by BAE Systems Group. Your contribution will directly impact the development of strategy for the processing of information from multiple data sources into actionable intelligence, which is ultimately used to save lives, protect society, fight crime, stabilise the economy, defend the nation from attack, and safeguard the vulnerable.
