An opportunity has arisen to join our client BAE Systems within their Christchurch talent resource team as a Talent Resource Support. This is a key support role within their talent resource team, working with other functional partners.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Interface with Hiring Managers, OSSC Integrated Resource Planning (IRP), Internal Procurement Services (IPS) Resourcing Helpdesk, Preferred Supplier Agencies, Security, Export Control and HR and act as an ambassador for Resource Management to these groups
- Maintenance and updating of the Contingent Worker Recruitment Report (CWRR), Master Vacancy List (MVL), Master Subcontractor List (MSL) and Contingent Worker CV Broker
- Manage Contingent Worker contract extensions for all CWs (Eng/Non-Eng)
What we are looking for in you:
Essential:

- Experience of recruitment and hiring process
- High level understanding of Engineering roles
- Good organisation and communication skills
- You will be required to obtain full SC clearance
- A can do attitude deliver within agreed budgets and timescales
- You are innovative and able to drive improvement
- You take responsibility for own work packages
Desirable:

- MS Excel advanced skills would be desirable (Macro’s etc.)
- Knowledge or experience of recruitment tools (for example Taleo, ERS (Igrasp))
- Engineering/SW background would be advantageous
