**About Us and the Role**

We are looking for people who have a passion for improving services, an eye for detail and an inquiring mind - looking beyond face value and able to build a robust picture of the quality of care from a diverse range of sources.

You will work in a portfolio of Quality and Contract Monitoring Officers, Contract Management Officers and Quality Assurance Officers and ensure that commissioned services are safe, cost effective, good quality and lead to the desired outcomes for the people they support.

You will develop an understanding of the standards that are expected of commissioned services and of the market in which they operate. A key part of the roles will be to further develop positive working relationships with stakeholders including health providers and commissioners, housing and private, independent, community and voluntary providers to ensure that quality and best value is achieved in all areas
