This is permanent, full-time position, required for 37 hours per week.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated person to join our Financial Support Team who work providing support to Social Care Services.

In this role, you will carry out administering and recovering outstanding debt relating to the provision of care related to financial assessments for residential and non-residential service users and interact with social workers, providers, service users and their families.

You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, meticulous to keep track of all actions and the ability to deal with distress debtors in a calm, sympathetic, with empathy and consistent manner.
