A great opportunity has arisen for a Contract Support at our London office, 1 George Yard, London (Bank), EC3V. This is a full-time position based in the office (at present, no Hybrid or Remote working is available)

Duties will include, the raising of PO’s, billings/invoicing, PPM and Reactive scheduling for our Engineers.
- Chase suppliers for Contract related paperwork e.g., RAMS & Report sheets.
- Collating timesheets/timesheet management.
- Planning and scheduling of Engineers (PPM and Reactive works).
- Provide support in the preparation of quotes.
- General admin duties for filing, post, queries etc.
- Arrange Holiday and Sickness Cover/Records.
- Diary Management.
- WIP report assistance.

Qualifications and Required experience:

- Experience in a Contract Support role within a busy Facilities environment (1-2 years).
- Comfortable and competent with using CAFM systems (CAFM systems experience is an essential requirement, we use ConceptEVO mainly).
- Invoicing and raising & issuing of Purchase Orders.
