Contract Furniture Group Ltd is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of bespoke contract furniture solutions to the hospitality, leisure, and office sectors, we pride ourselves on delivering quality furniture. The Sales Administrator will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

**Purpose of the Role**

To deliver a high level of support to the curtain department by processing quotations, advising of stocked goods, fabrics, and price points, and maintain good relationships with the customer base.

**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the curtain department team to ensure all quote details and subsequent order details are correct.
- Converting quotes to sales orders upon receipt of deposit or purchase order
- Process new accounts where required
- Ensure stock is checked and accurately recorded
- Advise curtain department team on stock availability and any product details required.
- Answering the phone with a professional telephone manner and redirecting calls to the relevant department where applicable
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Help larger sales accounts by scheduling goods and orders
- Expediting orders through good internal communication and liaising with sales, logistics and production
- Maintain an orderly order filing system
- Providing support as needed in day-to-day office - filing overflow where required
- Arranging install dates and liaising with fitters and contractors, booking accommodation where necessary

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Good computer skills
- Competent decision making
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
- Experience of Sage X3 preferred
- Knowledge of curtain manufacture and / or fabrics would be an advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
