**Why is this role important?**
The administration department is the central hub of our business. The team ensures the smooth running of Health & Safety appointments and post-visit client support, as well as supporting the Employment Law and Sales teams with various tasks.
The admin team are proactive and friendly, with bags of knowledge and enthusiasm for providing the best client care, so we are looking for like-minded people to help drive that enthusiasm forward.
**What you will be doing**
You will be managing the Health & Safety consultant’s appointments, liaising with clients to book visits in line with departmental targets to minimise consultant down time. You will be supporting with post visit administration, including sending reports to clients, actioning requests from the clients to update information, and carrying out regular client care reviews.
You will also be formatting documents for the Employment Law team, transcribing meetings, running reports for data analysis, processing client contracts and generally providing the vital support needed for the business.
