With a commitment to innovation and excellence, the company is seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to support the sales team in achieving their targets and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Administrator you will:

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the sales team and management.
- Coordinate with other departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Sales Administrator will have:

- Previous experience in a sales administration role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAGE 50 is desirable.
