J&B Autos is a family run independent business, established in 1990, We purchased the business in 2006 and it has grown into a well-respected, professional car repair garage and service centre based in Beeston, Nottingham. Our vehicle technicians have years of experience and are qualified to the highest standard. Here at J&B Autos we only use O.E (original equipment) to ensure you receive the highest quality available, together with the skill of our technicians this should assure you, your vehicle has been professionally attended to.
We understand that when something goes wrong with your car it is a great inconvenience, we have the availability of a loan car to help you get on with your life and for our more vulnerable customers, we can offer a collection and drop off service.
Priding ourselves on providing exceptional Customer Service, we will always go that extra mile, as our aim is to provide a friendly, honest and personal approach, so whatever the problem we will do our best to get to the root of it, only recommending work if your vehicle needs it.
Our technicians perform all aspects of mechanical work, including MOT’s, Servicing, Tyres, Brakes, Clutches, Timing belts/chains, Batteries, Diagnostic Testing, Aircon, warranty work, engine repair head gasket repair, DPF clean, exhausts, tracking, electrical repairs, etc no repair is too big or too small.
**Service Advisor**
Monday to Friday - 8.00 - 5.30
every other Saturday 8.00 - 2.00 to be agreed/discussed.

The Service Advisor is responsible for providing customer service and assisting the garage manager. The position requires the individual to sell services to customers on an hourly basis, answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- To provide an outstanding level of customer care ensuring the highest standards of satisfaction at all times
- Book service and repair work, order parts (including pricing checking)
- To keep customers fully informed of progress and advise of extra work needed
- To organise loan car bookings
- Invoicing customer and warranty companies
- Assisting the garage manager
- Processing returns
- To maintain accurate customer records
- To make telephone follow-up
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Full clean driving licence (6 points or less)
- Previous experience in the role/Motor trade
- Effective communication skills
- The ability to deliver customer excellence
- A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Computer literacy
- A keen eye for detail
The position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, problem solving ability, customer service orientation, and the ability to work well within team and on your own.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
