We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Adaptations team as a Senior Adaptations Officer. The team support our customers to live independently in their own home for as long as possible.

The Senior Adaptations Officer will ensure the effective delivery of Adaptation design solutions for WDH and its clients ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.

**What you’ll be doing**:
In this role, you will provide feasibility reports for both internal and external referrals and technical support to colleagues. You will conduct home visits to provide technical advice on reasonable adaptations for our properties and ensure compliance with regulations and legislation. Post visits will also be conducted to ensure satisfactory completion of works.

You will stay up to date with new innovations in product design and building regulations to improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will plan and carry out customer satisfaction surveys, monitor contractor performance, and assist in procurement. You will maintain awareness of technical developments, provide technical/professional input for training and development reviews, and assist the manager with budget monitoring.

- effective communication skills with employees, managers, tenants, and stakeholders;
- relevant and significant housing experience; and
- excellent time management and organisational skills.
