**What is the role?**

Joining us as a Sentinel Administrator you will play a vital part in ensuring that the department is adding value as a service provider by offering a first class service to all departments, with a big focus being on delivering results. Your duties will include:

- Provide the upkeep of vital departmental databases and records.
- Development of ongoing reports including KPI data.
- To work in collaboration with other departments where necessary.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Diligent and thorough with an excellent eye for attention to detail
- An outstanding work ethic and the ability to build good working relationships
- Knowledge of MySQL and/or Linux is very advantageous
- Must posses a professional telephone manner and have good IT skills especially in relation to MS office
- Good working knowledge on MS Excel and also familiar in using other MS products (Outlook & Word)
