**Care Visions** is a Scottish-owned Fostering Service and largest independent provider of Residential Childcare Services for children and young people who have complex needs.

All of our staff whether working directly with our Young People or supporting behind the scenes at our Head Office, work towards our company values of **Compassion, Integrity, Respect and Safety.**

We currently have a **part-time** role available in our Business Support Team.

The **key duties** of this role will include (but are not limited to):

- Provide day to day administrative support to Children’s Services (Fostering and Residential);
- Manage monthly support group calendars and upload minutes;
- Maintain our Fostering Network membership;
- Source, purchase and distribute welcome packs;
- Purchase stationary supplies;
- Assist with digital library resourcing and maintenance;
- Taking minutes of meetings as required;
- Support our archiving requirements
- Room booking management;
**What Experience Will You Need?**
- Relevant experience of working in an office environment;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages;
- Be a team player with a flexible approach to working;
- Ability to prioritise conflicting work priorities and meet deadlines;
- A customer centred attitude;
- Experience of communicating with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
