Incident Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Incident Support Administrator. This is a site-based role with a primary focus on assisting with the workflow and distribution of 10,000 bottles of water as part of a contamination response effort.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Workflow Management**: Assist in coordinating and managing the daily distribution of water bottles, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter and manage data related to distribution logistics, inventory levels, and incident response activities.
- **Reactive Support**: Provide immediate and effective support in response to emerging issues or changes in the distribution plan.
- **Communication**: Liaise with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records and produce regular reports on distribution progress and inventory status.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and experience with data management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
