**SPD** (Swiss Precision Diagnostics) are world leaders in the research, design and supply of advanced consumer diagnostic products. SPD is a joint venture business between **P&G** and **Abbott** and our brand **Clearblue** is recognised the world over as providing accurate home pregnancy and fertility monitoring tests.

We are recruiting for a **Fulfilment Administrator **to join our **Customer Support team**. We are seeking a collaborative individual to work as part of a dynamic team to add value to people's reproductive health.

This role **manages the picking and packaging** of free-of-charge product and retrieval packs to customers, as well as **managing refund requests** from customers and processing returned products for further investigation. You will be responsible for **managing stock rotation** and **preparing materials** for posting items.

Compliance is key, and we are looking for an individual who has **high attention to detail** and is **well organised** to effectively multi-task to meet the targets and satisfy the needs of the team and our customers. We are looking for someone who has an **analytical and logical **approach to work and has good **IT skills **and **written English.**
