Job Title: Commercial Insurance Handler
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Policy Administrator to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a Commercial Insurance Handler, you will be responsible for processing and administering Commercial Insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and administer Commercial Insurance policies, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Work closely with all departments within the organisation to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers with queries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Process new business, renewals, and mid-term alterations, as well as relevant paperwork, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise with clients and insurers on a day-to-day basis to fulfill client requirements and address general queries.
- Monitor and chase outstanding documentation and paperwork to ensure timely completion and resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience from a Broking or Underwriting background, with a strong understanding of Commercial Insurance policies and procedures.
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with both clients and colleagues, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, work contacts, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
