**Salary**:up to £25,000 per annum DOE

**Job Type**: Permanent/Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, covering shifts between 8:30am and 6pm

**The Role**:
We are looking to recruit a Technical Support Analyst to join our 2nd line Technical Support team. You will possess good technical knowledge of installing and supporting varied types of IT hardware and software. You will also be experienced in providingexcellent customer service and incident resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing remote customer focused 2nd and 3rd line IT support.
- Resolving customer issues within predefined service level agreements.
- Provide support to field-based engineers.
- Liaising with third party suppliers.
- Mentor 1st line analysts to improve their skillsets.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of general IT Support including using various methods of remote support.
- Good technical and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft server products, Remote desktop services, Office 365, Azure.
- Dealing with third party software.
- Must have good networking experience - preferably with WAN / LAN Based products managing Routers, Switches, VLANs and Wireless technologies.
- Verifiable experience providing desktop support to end users.
- Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
- Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
- Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required.
- Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive and readily embraces change.
- Ability to handle clients professionally at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to provide root cause analysis.
