**Cambridge - HR Specialist - £30k-£50k - Electronics**

My client is a highly successful manufacturer of specialist software. They are looking to recruit a HR Specialist to join their expanding team. You will be a HR Specialist that has experience working with cutting-edge technical teams in the UK and Europe.

**Main Duties**:
+ Developing relationships with management and employees
+ Building bespoke HR solutions
+ Resolving complex employee challenges

+ Processing monthly payroll
+ Managing employee contracts

**Knowledge/Experience required**:
+ 2+ years of HR experience
+ Experienced within a software/engineering company

+ Strong UK Employee Relations experience

+ Knowledge and experience with EU countries advantageous

**Salary/Location**:
+ The salary for this permanent role is circa £30k-£50k per annum, depending on experience

+ This role is based in Cambridge however there is the option to work remotely 2-3 times per week
