We are recruiting a unique role to support our digital strategy as we continue to invest in digital technology across all our practices and provide training and support to all our teams.

The role will be responsible for supporting PCC’s across the group with a priority focus on the on the Digital Centres of Excellence to complete patient scans effectively, manage treatment plans, increase their confidence in role on speaking to patients and leasing with clinicians, identify and help to break down any barriers within practice in regards to the PCC/Digital project and be part of ensuring patients receive excellent patient care throughout their treatment and beyond in line with Clyde Munro Company strategy, goals and values.

The role will involve the below:

- maximising the use of the internal system (Software of Excellence) to ensure accurate patient records are maintained throughout patient’s specialist treatment
- Follow CM’s patient care guidance document ensuring that patients are contacted or followed up within appropriate time frames
- ensure that any patient referrals are followed up within an appropriate timescale
- use practice digital tracker to maximise patient contact, allowing appropriate analysis to be gained
- analyse data to identify opportunities to improve statistics
- raise profile of all available treatments available across the group
- adhere with the patient journey processes, internal and external, to turn convert treatment plans and grow practice profitability and performance
- ensure appropriate stock of marketing materials within their consultation room
- ensure continuous training and development building knowledge of treatments and that they are aligned with practice and group initiatives

**About You**
- Must be GDC registered
- Must have experience working in Private / NHS practices
- Experience working in a people management role is preferable
- Relevant experience in the use of Software of Excellence is preferable
- Willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care
- The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, with an appetite to learn and develop new skills
- Demonstrable skills in the use of Microsoft Office packages (particularly Excel) would be advantageous
