Duties will include:
To assist customers and other 3rd party providers with conveyancing queries to guide them through to completion.

To conduct Documentation Audits for each client in-line with company legislation.

To handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, mortgage providers, solicitors and other third parties.

To comply and follow company regulations for Data Protection, Financial Crime, TCF and Complaints Procedures.

To ensure individual and departmental targets are achieved on a month by month basis.

Applicants must have:
Previous experience in a similar role.

Experience of a results driven role.

Must have worked in a professional environment.

GCSE Maths and English, Grade A-C.
