- The role holder is an experienced clinical professional with a broad range of clinical laboratory & pathology knowledge that directly interacts with customers and advocates for Dedalus IVD products.
- The Clinical Implementation Manager will act as a clinical resource to demonstrate and promote the clinical value of Dedalus IVD products and solutions to all relevant NHS stakeholders, including Clinicians, Laboratory personnel, GPs & other healthcare providers

Assignment
- Advise and sell the diagnostic and economical capability of our IVD IT solutions principally from a Clinical perspective, but also from Operational and Financial perspective as this relates to the value of our LIMS solutions in clinical setting vs the cost of other solutions or pathways.
- Contribute to Dedalus reputation as an expert IVD company and to local strategic planning through identification of strategic offerings & market needs.
- Supports the business in identifying key value propositions that enhance the overall solution.
- Establish collaborations to support these initiatives and deliver relevant publications and proof points in conjunction with customers.
- Support the commercialization of diagnostic IVD IT solutions, and actively contribute to reaching Dedalus sales goals by providing clinical expertise necessary to promote their adoption and use.
- Assist in achievement of sales targets through the delivery of clinical/ scientific education and by providing input into tender responses.
- Monitors the market, journals and promotional activities (clinically focused) and identifies new opportunities for growth and competitor strategy.
- Develops clinical/ scientific argumentation and competitor analysis and provides updates to the local.
- Supports Reference Site development.
- Identify, build& maintains relationships with key opinion leaders, Government bodies and Advisory boards.
- Provide customers with a high level of scientific and clinical information through educational activities (ie presentation & webinars)
- Support the development of training plans emphasising the clinical benefits of Dedalus Solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a clinical field or as a Senior BMS
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients
- Good analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Good organisational skills to balance work and prioritize issues
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High level of clinical awareness of IVD IT products and solutions
- High level of awareness of GB&I pathology and medical devices market
- Strategic, lateral and innovative thinking
- Ability to competently plan and organise in order to achieve short and longer-term objectives.
- Numerate with Commercial awareness
- Highly Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to present to large groups
- Ability to work under pressure
