An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Student Information Adviser to join the Student Information Zone.

The Student Information Adviser will provide information, advice and guidance in a proactive and agile approach to UEA students in person, online and by telephone.

Student Information Advisers will resolve student problems where possible and will offer signposting to specialist departments and agencies where appropriate and necessary.

This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
