We are a family run business, established for over 40 years with exciting growth plans for which we need to expand our customer service team. CareHomeLife is expanding its customer service team and is currently recruiting for a position in their Chorley office.
**Job Requirements**
As a customer service executive, you will need to be able to.
- Daily order entry
- Identify, assess and exceed customers’ expectations
- Demonstrate the ability to upsell on orders, substitute and recommend alternatives
- To be the first point of contact for all relevant enquiries and issues
- Provide accurate valid and complete information
- Maintain and build, strong sustainable relationships with customers, through openness, honesty and integrity
**About You**:
- Excellent communication skills and experience working within a team
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to carry out a range of tasks, plan and prioritise effectively
- Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
- Able to enter verbal orders onto a system quickly, able to touch type
- Positive, enthusiastic and energetic personality

- Ability to represent and promote the business in a professional and positive manner
- It would be advantageous but not essential to have knowledge of healthcare sectors and products, full training will be given
