Part-Time Car and Bike Service Representative

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Chorley, Lancashire. As a Part-Time Car and Bike Service Representative, you'll assist customers with car and bike services, including fitting car parts and cycle repair, and deliver market-leading customer service in a retail sales environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll need to be available to work on a rota basis, including weekends, and have a proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs. You'll also require experience of delivering great customer service in a retail sales environment.
