Olive Catering Services Limited is looking for an experienced Chef Manager to join their team in Chorley. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shaping the culinary direction of the business, driving innovation, and improving efficiency. You will also play a key role in developing the skills and knowledge of the kitchen team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management, with experience of leading large teams, managing budgets, and implementing change. We are offering a salary of £37,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays increasing up to 33 days (pro-rata for part-time)
  • Enhanced Sick Pay: Up to 4 weeks full pay
  • Free Meals: All Team Members receive a free meal as part of our employee benefits package
