As a Food Preparation Supervisor with Buckshaw Retirement Village, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in our kitchen. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing meals to a high standard, supporting colleagues with additional catering needs, and managing your own time and workload effectively.

About the Role
This is a weekend position working 28 hours per week, with a flexible roster that includes every other weekend. The ideal candidate will have a level 1 or equivalent experience in food preparation, good presentation skills, and the ability to motivate and supervise staff.
