We have an exciting opportunity within NHS Supply Chain for a Digital Content Specialist to join our Customer Engagement team.

**What does a Digital Content Specialist do at NHS Supply Chain?**

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will manage the creation, upload and maintenance of content across NHS Supply Chain’s digital commerce platform. You will work closely with designers, product owners and developers to ensure a consistent and aligned approach.

**Responsibilities**

Creating and managing content across our complex and varied digital ecosystem.

Acting as a brand champion for NHS Supply Chain; implementing design standards and helping colleagues to know these standards.

Coordinating A/B testing campaigns and measuring success to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

Working with stakeholders from across the business to collaboratively develop and approve content.

Implementing and managing campaign tagging across the site to accurately measure on-site activity and results.

Working with product owners/managers to evolve web analytics event tagging to effectively measure site traffic and behavioural activity from direct and indirect sources.

**What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?**

Experience in using leading CMS platforms to manage digital content on eCommerce platforms or similar sites.

Hands-on experience with Commerce tools is a plus.

Experience working as part of an Agile delivery team.

An innovative and customer-centric mindset, pushing always to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and our organisation.

Ability to manage requests and priorities, as well as setting and delivering to realistic deadlines.

Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Resilient and solution focused.

**How you’ll work**

Hybrid working; a blend of home and office working 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at home.
