We're currently seeking a motivated and talented **Content Executive** to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our Organic Content proposition. As a Content Executive, you will be immersed in content creation, supporting the Content Manager in all the phases of Content marketing planning - from content strategies to content calendars. You will be working alongside clients and you will be ensuring the seamless execution of content strategies across various digital touchpoints, including SEO, Digital PR and Paid channels.
**The skills and qualities we’re looking for**:
**Content Creation**:
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content, such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all content.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in grammar, information, and alignment with clients' branding guidelines.
**Content Calendar Management**:
- Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with clients' business objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
- Ensure timely delivery and publication of content across various channels when required, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Support the content manager in conducting competitor gap analysis to identify opportunities and trends for content creation when needed.
- Collaborate with SEO to align content creation with SEO strategies, ensuring optimal on-site performance.
- Work closely with Digital PR and Paid Media teams to integrate content strategies that enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Some experience as a Content Specialist in an agency or in-house environment.
- Relevant professional qualifications and accreditations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across multiple departments and disciplines.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and other staff when required.
- Stay curious and stay updated with industry trends and developments.
- Self-motivated with excellent adaptability and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Mac, GSuite, Slack, etc.).
- Expertise in industry tools such as WordPress, Google Search Console, Semrush.
- Accuracy in both grammar and information management.
