Digital Transformation Marketing Manager

A leading SaaS company, Digital Waffle, is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead the communications of their migration project.
Following a period of significant growth, Digital Waffle is embarking on a strategic migration initiative, and they require a marketing professional to oversee the project's communications.
The ideal candidate will be a senior marketing expert with a proven track record in customer marketing, managing communications for new projects, and SaaS experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to communicate the migration project's objectives and benefits to customers.
- Manage customer segmentation and deliver targeted marketing plans to ensure a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Migrations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Design and implement a range of marketing campaigns to promote the migration project, including social media, content, SEO, and communications.
- Deliver projects on time, working across multiple deliverables, and ensure timely communication of project updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to ensure a smooth migration process.
Requirements:
- At least four years of experience in a relevant marketing role.
- SaaS experience is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in customer marketing, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers.
- Experience across the marketing mix, including social media, content, SEO, and communications.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
