Capital Talent Box are recruiting for a Timetabling and Planning Manager for an immediate start at West London College.

**Key Purpose**:
To coordinate the administration, maintenance and development of timetabling and registers
for the College.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To work in accordance with the College curriculum planning process, coordinate the

completion of curriculum timetables, assigning appropriate staff and rooms; optimising
the use of accommodation and ensuring timetables are suitable for funding, data, and
system requirements.
- Ensure timetables have been fully set up and processed on the system within the

published time scales.
- To coordinate the development and maintenance of staff and student timetabling,

registers, and data procedures, ensuring processes are compliant with funding, audit,
JCQ and awarding organisation regulations.
- To report the use of the accommodation and staff resources within the timetabling

process, ensuring full compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards.
- Support curriculum planning, modelling and delivery, with a particular emphasis on

maximising funding and curriculum efficiency.
- Ensure the set-up of all programme and course data on the MIS system is available for

Academic Year Start (staff, courses, qualifications, registers, timetables etc.).
- Maintain the course file throughout the year, ensuring courses and programmes are

created in a timely manner.
- To assist in the responses to all external and internal funding audits, providing all

information in response to requests and providing all evidence and follow up details.
- Lead on the quality assurance checks and audit processes related to the timetable and

registers.
- To develop, populate and review the documentation and processes used by the

department.
- Develop the area KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and Service Level Agreements

and the monitoring of them.
- Support the main enrolment period and leading on the collection, processing, recording

and reporting of learner information.
- Staff will be required to work at any of the college campuses or designated places of

work.
- To undertake such duties as may be required which are commensurate with the scale

and title of the post
