Job Overview

The Timetable, Resources and Student Data Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of academic scheduling and student attendance at Victoria College of Arts and Design.

This position is responsible for coordinating timetabling, teaching & learning resource allocations, and the control and analysis of student attendance data. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Management Team to advise on timetable scheduling, digital and physical infrastructure requirements, and provide data-driven insights into VCAD's teaching and learning resources.
