Job Overview

This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal allocation of talent, maintaining seamless communication between teams, and proactively solving resource challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly meetings with project teams to confirm current and upcoming allocation needs.
  • Action follow-ups promptly to ensure seamless resource planning.
  • Open hiring positions in internal systems and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a clear understanding of needs and timing.
  • Staff pitches and new projects as required, and working with departments leads to ensure appropriate skill alignment.
  • Thoroughly understand the skill sets of agency talent to make informed casting decisions.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in resource coordination, project coordination, talent management, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.
  • Understanding agency talent skill sets and casting processes.
