We are seeking an experienced Operational Resource Coordinator to join our team at a world-renowned American software company. The company provides innovative software packages globally to enterprise tech companies and individual creatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with Sales and Delivery colleagues to develop a mid to long-term view of pipeline demand for Professional Services.
  • Ensure that high-quality resource requests are raised in a timely fashion.
  • Support Sales and Delivery colleagues in their day-to-day tasks using the Employee Resource Planning tool, Microsoft Dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have very strong skills with Excel and experience with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Microsoft Excel (proficiency with Pivots, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
