Hays Technology are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst that either has or is eligible for SC Clearance to work a 3 month contract that is initially on site then remote.
- SC Cleared Service Desk Analyst
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance
- 3 months
- Up to £16.89 per hour Inside IR35
- 2 weeks on site in Cardiff for training then remote.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling end user queries and issues.
- Creating incidents and service requests, updating ticket logs, prioritising and categorising incidents.
- 1st line support.
- Capturing information for knowledge base.
You will need to be/have:
- Eligible for SC Clearance
- Customer service orientated.
- Effective troubleshooting skills.
- Office 365 experience.
- Active Directory experience.
