Here at Smeaton Healthcare, we are looking for an individual who is passionate learning and development, you will be required to train and support all new and existing care staff.

**Annual Salary: £23,010 (£11.80 per an hour)**

As our Healthcare Trainer is responsible for inducting all new starters, which will include all mandatory training to ensure our care staff can work to the highest of standards whilst feeling confident and prepared.

You will work closely with the Service Managers to organise training dates and ensure the teams are up to date yearly.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 Years’ experience in the care industry is required, full training will be provided.
- You must have the right to work within the United Kingdom.
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be willing to learn, develop and adapt our values into your practice.
- Must be aged 18 or above.
