**KEY DUTIES**:

- First point of contact for serviced users both face to face and over the telephone
- Manage office diary - booking meeting rooms, arranging transport, catering etc
- Maintain office supplies, replenishing when necessary
- Type up letters, reports etc
- Handle payments
- Update and maintain internal databases
- General admin tasks - data entry, scanning, filing, sorting post etc

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:

- Professional attitude
- Customer focused
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
- Empathetic
- Competent user of IT

**HOURS OF WORK**:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (22.5 hours per week in total)

This role is expected to start week commencing 30th January 2023 so you must be able to start a new role then.
