We are looking for a talented and creative Content Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key part of our Marketing function, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for delivering engaging content across various channels, both online and offline. Your primary objective will be to drive traffic and generate leads within key market verticals.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop and execute content marketing campaigns by creating compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audience, aligning with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams such as our global sales team and product development team to gather insights, refine content, and align messaging.
- Continuously monitor and analyse content performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour to inform content development and ensure relevance and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with external agencies to produce video content, and work with the global teams to support the process, including occasional travel to on-site locations (which may be in the UK/overseas).
- Assist Channel Marketing Coordinators with content requirements for a range of activities including exhibitions and marketing campaigns, and aid in translating content into relevant languages.
- Support with proofreading tasks.
- Adhere to the CMP style guidelines to generate consistent and cohesive content.
- Provide monthly reports to demonstrate and evaluate the success of content.
- Support with general administration tasks during absence and holiday periods as required.

**Who we're looking for**

Ideally you will have a Degree in a Marketing/English/Journalism related field and experience of working within a multinational company.

You will have proven experience in creating engaging content across various digital platforms.

You will also have the ability to work with complex technical information and translate that data into an easy to digest format. As you will be working with complex technical information you must possess strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities whilst having proficiency in adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent tone and style. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.

You will have an analytical mindset as you will be measuring and reporting on content performance.

As the role involves working with a number of stakeholders, internally and externally, you will have the ability and enjoy working collaboratively. Given our global reach, you should also have a willingness to travel.

You will be familiar with video production processes and experience of using Microsoft Office and Adobe Cloud suites. It would be beneficial to also have experience of setting up and running paid ads via various platforms including Google and LinkedIn.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
