Bid Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Implement bestpractice proposal writing techniques to maximise the scoring potential of the submission whilst complying with processes and contributing to improvements.
  • Review and develop draft responses provided by other members of staff into submissionready responses.
  • Finalise submission documents in conjunction with the Bid Manager.
  • Support the Tenders team by developing written content for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQS) & tenders and producing graphics including diagrams, organisation charts etc.
  • Support in the production and updating of case studies and project sheets.
  • Work alongside various departments to ensure all material and content aligns to the business' strategic themes.
  • Monitoring tender portals for prospective PQQ and tender opportunities and log and track information as appropriate.

Skills/Experience:

  • Detailoriented with excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Experience in technical bids or proposals writing.
  • Construction experience, preferably modular, or experience in healthcare or biosciences would be desirable.
