As part of the RENOLIT INTERIOR Sales Market Unit (SMU) which services the global Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom industry, we currently have a vacancy for a Customer Care Coordinator working within the Interior Surfaces Customer Care Team based at our Cramlington site in Northumberland.

Your tasks at RENOLIT

The Customer Care Coordinator is very much a “customer centric” role and is pivotal in delivering the highest level of service and support to our domestic and export markets. As first point of contact, the job holder will be responsible for all customer contact and associated transactions; including order management, complaint handling and product support.

What we expect

The role will require a comprehensive knowledge of our product portfolio, manufacturing processes and business protocols, with an ability to communicate in a professional, polite and positive manner with both customers and colleagues alike. Building and maintaining strong relationships is therefore a critical aspect of this role.

Experience in a fast paced and dynamic customer care or commercial role; preferably within a manufacturing environment is ideal, with a working knowledge of SAP and SALESFORCE being desirable. Qualified to A level standard or equivalent, the applicant must have strong IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) and be both commercially and financially aware. The ability to speak a second language would be an advantage but not essential.
