Andrew Plastics Ltd is a leading manufacturer within the plastic injection moulding industry, and we are looking for a part time internal sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team.

We are looking for a focused and motivated individual that will allow us to connect with more businesses across the UK offering a wide range of our own product range.

This vacancy is a part time, office based role.

Hours of work: 2 x 8.5 hour shifts. Times and days to suit. Rate of pay to be discussed at interview based on proven experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Introduce the business and company services we have available to offer to potential new customers.
- Plan calls on a day to day basis with attention to detail
- Spot sales opportunites and act on them appropriately.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders and deliveries and enquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.

Qualifications:

- Proven previous experience in a sales industry is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
